Vision
Enable and empower our lodges to inspire the development of spirited Arrowmen committed to the ideals and purpose of our order.
Mission
The mission of the section is to provide a pool of knowledge and a resource base that lodges can look to for support and assistance. We seek to promote Brotherhood and assist in the development of each Arrowman through the Section Conclave and other interactions, so that each Arrowman can return home to better service his lodge, chapter, and most importantly his own unit.
Be a Section Conclave Reporter!

Calling all arrowmen… The Courier Committee needs your help! This year at Section Conclave, you will have the opportunity to be a reporter for The Courier. Published three times throughout the weekend of Section Conclave, The Courier is in need of writers and photographers. Be a part of O/A history as a reporter for the last ever Section C-2A Conclave! We are even working on a unique press pass for our reporters. With so many events planned, we need as many dedicated writers and photographers as we can get! Being a part of the Courier Committee is the best way to experience all that the weekend has to offer. Just bring a notebook, camera, and your cheerful spirit! Please contact myself (Click Section Officers in the left column and find my name) if you or someone in your lodge is interested in being a reporter.
WE ALSO NEED REPORTERS FOR THE UPCOMING INDIAN EVENTS DAY ON SATURDAY, JANUARY 28TH

2012 Central Region Chief: Marty OpthoffAttention Brothers of C-2A, This morning in Dallas, your very own Section C-2A Chief, Marty Opthoff, was elected to the position of Central Region Chief for 2012. Please send your congratulations to him via facebook or email.
NOTICE: More information will be available concerning the election of a new section chief in the next few days. Fall COC 2011I hope everyone has had an incredible Summer. I know spending so much time involved in scouting this summer was very rewarding. I had the privilege to serve on the SummitCorps Instructor Corps. I also served on the Activities and Recreation Committee at Indian Summer. Both of these combined made an unforgettable Summer. If you would like to hear more about my Summer pull me aside next time you see me and I would be glad to share some of my experiences. As this Summer draws to an end it is already time to look forward to next Summer. As an Arrowmen you have many opportunities to take advantage of. Check out the National Events and OA High Adventure link at the top of the page for more information about your possibilities. Closer on the horizon is C-2A Section Conclave on May 4th-6th at Camp Holaka. In order to plan for this event all Lodge Chiefs, Committee Chairmen and Section Offices will meet to begin the planning process. This first meeting has a lot to decide including discussions regarding the theme, patches and guests. If you have ideas on how to make Section Conclave then I would encourage you to pass them onto your lodge chief. You can also email me at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Section UpdateBrothers of C-2A,
If you have not heard we have selected our Section Conclave theme! Arrowmen of Action-Superheroes. You will be hearing a lot more about this theme in the coming months. Soon you will see promotional materials and other things leading up to Section Conclave. (Maybe a life size cardboard cut out of a certain Section Chief) Excited yet? We are! We are also the only Section in the Nation to have a Google+ page! Make sure you add us to a circle of friends. Soon we will be holding group web cam chats with you! It's a great way to get to know your Section officers and brothers of the section. In just a couple of weeks your section officers will head to the Section Officer Seminar to meet with other sections from around the region. We will be updating Facebook and G+ all weekend so make sure you log in the weekend of November, 18th to see all the excitement. Don't forget that NOAC registration is now open. Talk to your lodge chief about how you can register. You wont regret it. More updates soon!
